PSA Voltri-Pra is taking part in the “Italia Loves Safety” day

Last April 28th PSA Voltri-Pra took part in the “Italia Loves Security” day organised by the LHS Foundation, a non-profit organisation that develops activities for research and training in the health and safety sector. The event was organised on the occasion of “World Day for Safety and Health at Work”, which involved thirty cities in Italy alone.

The project at our Terminal saw the participation of about 250 employees. They initially completed an anonymous questionnaire where they listed the three most important things/people in their lives. Immediately after they were asked to reflect on a number of “what would happen if” type scenarios like ”What would happen to people you love the most in the event of you having an accident at work? And how would your life change if something happened to your loved ones?

The main aim behind the activity was to stimulate a reflection of the importance of working in constant safety and adopting proactive behaviour during their time spent working at the Terminal.

The results of the activity will be made known on May 14th on the occasion of the “Let’s Take the Theatre to the Port” event, when the safety theme will continue with a theatrical show for the employees of the Terminal, their families and everyone involved.
